Fez was the last stop of our roadtrip through Morocco. Arriving was a little shock: there is no more chaotic city in the whole country! Of course, soon we begin to catch the roll, and we must confess that after having spent a few days here, we left wanting to return. We have already told you everything to see and do in the city, so today we are going to recommend you 8 restaurants where to eat in Fez bien y barator!

It is one of the cheapest options to eat in Fez. The food here is very tasty, homemade and traditional And the staff is nice. It is best to go at noon and pull menu which includes starter, main, dessert and drink and only costs € 8 approx. If you prefer to eat a la carte, the main ones are € 4-6.

We really liked this restaurant, with very good value for money and attention! It also has a terrace covered (perfect if it's hot since it has air conditioning) and another, on the top floor, with great views of the city. To eat we tried a cous cous of vegetables and a tajin of veal with plums and pool (delicious!).

Good site of fast food (but not only) both to eat there and to take away. We tried a Taco (they call it that but it is more like a burrito) of mixed meat. It was so good that we repeated the next day! Price: € 4 approx.

We found this place amazing: we tried the salad plate that for about € 5 includes a varied of 12 different dishes (Moroccan salads, Berbers and beans) and a chicken tagine with lemon and olives (€ 8).

We asked a friend where to eat a good pizza (and cheap) in Fez and recommended coming here. Result: very rich! Prices: 4-8 € They also have pasta and more meals but, without a doubt, we recommend you try pizza (the Regina, with eggplants and ham is very rich). Of course, it is in the area of Ville Nouvelle.

Do not be fooled by the name: ruins ... nothing: the garden where the tables are laid is very pretty. It serves Moroccan tapas and main dishes. It is somewhat more expensive than the rest of the places we recommend in this article, but it is also not excessive: for € 15 / € 18 you eat and drink luxury, a little whim.

If you are looking vegetarian restaurants In Fez, this is very good. The menu is not very extensive but the variety of dishes is (from pasta and pizza to avocado toast with egg and budda bowl). Prices: 4-7 €. Abundant portions and be sure to try the juices!

It is a local Small but VERY recommended: The food is rich and with good prices, but the boys who run it are also friendly and nice. We tried a keftas tagine (Arabic meatloaf) that was delicious and Lamb tagine with nuts, plums and apricots.
