As many of us have said that you liked the banana curry ... today we are going to teach you how to make another fruit curry, and also our favorite:mango and chicken curry

The recipe is very easy (come on it is very similar to the banana curry but without banana :-p). Here are the steps and ingredients of an easy and quick mango curry recipe, so you can cook it yourself at home

Ingredients (2 people)

  • 300 gr chicken breast
  • 1 onion
  • 1 handle
  • 1 apple
  • Curry
  • Rice
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil
  • Water

Elaboration

  1. Brown the finely chopped onion in a pan with olive oil for about 5 minutes.
  2. Cut the mango and apples into small squares and add them to the pan.
  3. Cut the chicken breast into small squares and add it to the pan with the onion and fruit and stir for about 3 minutes.
  4. Add the curry, and mix for 1 minute until it cools
  5. Add about 100 ml of water and let simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  6. We boil the rice (basmati or the type you prefer) and as soon as it is ready we serve it with the curry.

Variant: you can substitute water for coconut milk
If you want a spicy touch, chop a chili and add a little piece to the mix…. Itchy eye!
