Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 sprig of celery or coriander
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Cut the potatoes not very thin and fry them until they are half done.
  2. Crush the potatoes (let them cool a little if you don't burn well hehe) with the garlic cloves and the pepper.
  3. Add the egg and mix everything.
  4. Before forming some croquettes, add the coriander or celery that you have previously cut.
  5. Fry the croquettes until they are golden brown and gnamme! To eat!
