UNA Hotel Napoli

In one of the most central areas of Naples and better connected, just in front of the Napoli Centrale train station we find a historic building from the 19th century, completely restored in which we find, the hotel in Naples where we have stayed on our trip, the UNA Hotel Napoli.

The interior of the hotel, traditional but at the same time with very modern touches, with forms of Pulcinella, one of the most famous symbols of Naples, surround the 89 rooms available.

Room of the UNA Hotel Naples

Our room is on the fourth floor of the hotel and is perfectly equipped, with all the necessary accessories we may need. From towel sets of various sizes to bathrobe, slippers and of course different sets of soaps, gels and creams, of great quality, which change daily.

In the bathroom we also find a hair dryer, something that is not too common (you usually have to ask at the reception) at our service.
Apart from these things, the room has different plugs to be able to load the load of equipment that we always bring in our trips: cameras, phones, laptop, extra batteries ...
It also has a plug on each bedside table, very useful when charging phones and a switchboard, also on the bedside table, from which all the lights in the room are controlled, something also essential if you do not want to get up late at night to turn off the light that was on the last lamp in the room.

The Wifi connection is available for free throughout the establishment, where it works perfectly, including the rooms, where unfortunately it is not always the case in all hotels.
At UNA Hotel Naples we have been able to work perfectly from our room.

The rooms have a balcony that overlooks the streets of Naples, from where you can even see the silhouette of Vesuvius.
If we have to find him a but to these balconies is that having no double glazing, the noise from outside, especially by the beeps of the cars, is quite audible first thing at night and also first thing in the morning, at which time the workday begins . Sunday morning is much less noticeable.

Another of the great attractions of UNA Hotel Naples is the incredible terrace they have in the upper part of the building, with more than attractive views of the city.

On this terrace you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner, as UNA Hotel Naples also has food service.
On the first day, when we went to Herculaneum and Pompeii in one day, we had breakfast in the interior, since we were in a hurry and opted to enjoy the next day of the terrace when we were calmer.

The breakfast that we serve we can say that it is more than complete. From different types of cereals to different breads, including sausages, eggs, sausages, bacon or any type of jam you want to make toast.
Another thing that catches our attention is that we have several kinds of oil and tomatoes available to be able to accompany the bread, something that we, as Catalans, find us super nice.
All of great quality and that are constantly replenished, so go at the time you go, the schedule is from 7:30 to 10:30, you will not have problems.

Apart from all this assortment, the wing closest to the terrace is a section dedicated entirely to sweets with cakes, croisants, typical Neapolitan pastries, coffee and milk.
Although we have the possibility of having coffee already made and kept in thermos, the staff is very attentive at all times, offering any type of coffee you want made at the moment.

We leave you some pictures of the part of the terrace where we had breakfast the following days of the trip to Naples and Pompeii for free

We also want to make special mention of the letter of the UNA Hotel Naples, which we were lucky to try the second day of our trip in a dinner that we will surely repeat when we return.
Dinner, how could it be otherwise, we made it on the terrace and enjoyed an entree, stuffed eggplants, two pasta dishes plus coke, two waters and coffees for 35 euros, which made us much more addicted, if fits Italian cuisine.

Another one of the many highlights of this accommodation in Naples is the proximity to the metro station Stazione Metropolitana Garibaldi Line 1, which connects directly to the most beautiful places in the city.
It is also next to the Stazione Circumvesuviana that connects the city with Herculaneum, Pompeii or the Amalfi Coast and 4.6 kilometers from Capodichino airport.

After this review we have done the UNA Hotel Naples, with the most "materials", we want to highlight something, which is not usual to find in all accommodations:
A super professional staff in every way. From the reception staff, who made us feel at home since we arrived at the breakfast room and restaurant staff, who served us every day, without exception, with a smile and extreme kindness. Always waiting for anything we might need and even remembering the type of coffee we drank.

The soul of Una Hotel is formed, without a doubt, by the personnel who set it in motion and take it forward day after day.

Without hesitation, the UNA Hotel Naples It is a perfect option to stay in the city and we can only thank the whole team for giving us the opportunity to meet them during these days. Guys, we hope to see you again soon.
