Today we show you the mee goreng recipe,the famous "fried noddles" so typical of Malaysia and Indonesia. What memories come to mind ... mmm! Again we assure you that the recipe is very simple and sabrosona-sabrosona.

Ingredients

  • Nodes
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 spinach leaves
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pepper
  • Sweet Soy Sauce
  • chicken or prawns
  • egg (optional)

Elaboration

  1. Cut the carrot, pepper and spinach into strips and chop garlic and onion.
  2. We put a casserole with water. When it starts to boil we put the noodles.
  3. In a pan, fry the vegetables with the chicken / prawns.
  4. When the noodles are ready we will take them out of the water and put them in the pan with the vegetables. If we want we can freis an egg and put it on top of the noodles ...
  5. We add a good jet of soy and voilà! To eat!

Note: the mee goereng recipeIt doesn't have chicken ... if you are in Indonesia / Malaysia and you want chicken noodles you have to ask for a MEE GORENG AYAM!
