We continue to extend our section “RECIPES OF THE WORLD” The recipe Today comes directly from Thailand... With one of its star dishes:PAD THAI. Below we detail a Easy, simple and quick recipe to prepare a delicious Pad thai.
Ingredients
- 300 g of noodles or noddles.
- Soy sauce.
- Bean sprouts.
- 1 egg.
- Tofu, chicken, prawns (choose the ingredient you prefer ... you can do it with one or all).
- Garlic, sugar and salt Dried chili pepper, peanut, lime and coriander to accompany.
Preparation
- We cook the noddles in boiling water without salt for 8-10 minutes.
- When they are ready we remove them. We heat a few drops of sunflower oil in the wok. There we saute with finely chopped garlic the ingredients we want to use: tofu, shrimp or chicken. Or all together hihi. Add and fry the egg.
- The bean sprouts are added and we stir everything for 2 minutes.
- We put the noodles in the wok and bathe them with a dash of soy sauce.
- We mix everything well so that it stays very warm and voila! Almost ready to serve.
- The last step is to throw on, in the amounts that you like: a splash of lime, chopped cilantro and if you want a touch of spicy a pinch of dried chilli. And as a shot ... CACAHUETES!
