We continue to extend our section “RECIPES OF THE WORLD” The recipe Today comes directly from Thailand... With one of its star dishes:PAD THAI. Below we detail a Easy, simple and quick recipe to prepare a delicious Pad thai.

Ingredients

  • 300 g of noodles or noddles.
  • Soy sauce.
  • Bean sprouts.
  • 1 egg.
  • Tofu, chicken, prawns (choose the ingredient you prefer ... you can do it with one or all).
  • Garlic, sugar and salt Dried chili pepper, peanut, lime and coriander to accompany.

Preparation

  1. We cook the noddles in boiling water without salt for 8-10 minutes.
  2. When they are ready we remove them. We heat a few drops of sunflower oil in the wok. There we saute with finely chopped garlic the ingredients we want to use: tofu, shrimp or chicken. Or all together hihi. Add and fry the egg.
  3. The bean sprouts are added and we stir everything for 2 minutes.
  4. We put the noodles in the wok and bathe them with a dash of soy sauce.
  5. We mix everything well so that it stays very warm and voila! Almost ready to serve.
  6. The last step is to throw on, in the amounts that you like: a splash of lime, chopped cilantro and if you want a touch of spicy a pinch of dried chilli. And as a shot ... CACAHUETES!
