Citadines Karasuma-Gojo in Kyoto

Hotel in Kyoto, one of our best hotels in Japan, located just over 1 km from Kyoto Station.
It is worth this distance, just to enjoy the magnificent facilities available.
The rooms have measures well above the Japanese standards.
We have a mini living room, kitchen integrated in the room and a fairly large room, with bathroom with all amenities.

Kitchen of our Hotel in Kyoto

The bed is large, 1.50cm and very comfortable.
There are plenty of 2 large suitcases open in the room.
The staff is very attentive and pleasant and they helped, rather, they handled the shipment of their luggage from Kyoto to Tokyo.
The wifi service is free and quality.
There are several supermarkets open 24 hours in the area, just in front of a 7Eleven and a McDonals just in the corner.
In the surroundings there are many restaurant options ... etc

Ryoso Kawaguchi

Ryokan in Miyajima.
One of the best known in the city and we understand perfectly why.
It is 5 minutes walk from Miyajima Ferry and less than 2 minutes from the famous Itsukushima Shrine.
Upon arrival, the owner attends to us and after leaving the shoes shows us all the facilities, including the onsen.
The rooms are large, with all the comforts, including a futon, in which we will sleep like small children.
Without a doubt, one of the best choices we have been able to make on this trip to Japan.
It is very worthwhile to stay in Miyajima, to enjoy the solitude that strolls through the streets when most tourists leave. Without a doubt one of the hotels in Japan that we have enjoyed the most.

New Osaka Hotel Shinsaibashi

The New Osaka was another of the hotels in Japan where we stayed.
Very central, located in the Shinsaibashi area. About 5 minutes walk from the famous area of Dotombori.
The rooms are fairly fair in space, but have all the comforts.
Free high quality Wifi.
At the reception they have free tea and coffee.
Of the accommodations we have been in during our trip to Japan, this has been the one that has come closest to "a hotel chain", being less personal.

Takayama Zenkoji Temple Inn

Temple in Takayama, which also serves as accommodation for travelers.
It is about 5 minutes walk from Takayama Train Station.
It is difficult to find and the best way to get there is to turn right, as you leave the Station (in the opposite direction to the bus station) and continue walking until you find a fairly wide street, where there is a traffic light. It is that street turn left and halfway down is the Temple.
The rooms are spacious, with futons and electric blankets and stoves, so that in winter you do not spend anything cold.
The staff is unbeatable, both on arrival, where they explain all the facilities, as after.
In shared bathroom is very careful and has all the amenities.
They have quality wifi in the rooms for free.
