Garden Route
This route, one of the best known in the country, took us to Cape Agulhas and the Hoop Nature Reserve, two of the places we see in the most famous Garden Route and that we have to confess, we were pleasantly surprised. Although we stand out above all the last one, of which we didn't have much information and it ended up becoming one of our favorite places in South Africa.

After this first day touring part of the route, the second day we visited Mossel Bay, Wilderness, Knysna and Plettenberg Bay, places to go on the Garden Route, which although we did not like them as much as the previous ones, were necessary to reach the last Garden Route stage, one of the most beautiful places in the country.

Tsitsikamma National Park
End point of the Garden Route, Tsitsikamma National Park was the perfect place to end this stage of the trip, where nature has been the main protagonist giving us landscapes that we had never expected to find in South Africa.

With the flight from Port Elizabeth to Durban we traveled the more than 1000 kilometers that separated us from the second stage in which the wildest nature, this time in the form of animals, would give us some of the most shocking and brutal moments of the trip.

St. Lucia
The first of them was St. Lucia where we could for a day tour the places to see in Isimangaliso, having the opportunity to do our first safari, and then do an excursion with hippos in St. Lucia, where for the first time we could see these amazing animals a few meters from us. Awesome experience!
